Ty Wells

AI Solutions Architect

I push the boundaries of what AI can build — and use AI to push them further. Every tool I create, I run on itself. Every framework I design, I stress-test by living inside it. I built Assay because I needed to verify my own AI-generated code. It extracts implicit claims, catches hallucinations and bugs that compile clean. The verifier uses an LLM too — so I built it to catch its own blind spots. That's the meta. My thesis: AI agents should do the work. Humans supervise. I design agent-first architectures — approval queues, signal-driven pipelines, autonomous workflows — then I dogfood them across every project I touch. Three decades across security, business operations, and software engineering. MS in Management Information Systems (UNO '97), BS in Computer Information Systems (Kearney State '91). CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+. I don't ship products. I ship the systems that build them.

Skills: AI Tool Integration (Claude, LLMs), Cross-Platform Development (Windows, Ubuntu/WSL), Workflow Automation & Optimization, Code Refactoring & Production Readiness, Problem Solving & Debugging, Project Structure & Codebase Management, API Utilization, Technical Communication, Continuous Learning & Adaptability, Product-Oriented Development
