The programme used practice-first instructional design, with participants applying AI to realistic work tasks through a repeatable five-step exercise cycle producing six practical output categories, with reflection and verification built into the learning process. I also work on learning-system design, business requirements, workflow mapping, and implementation coordination — translating business needs into clear scope and helping teams adopt what is built.
