I started my career in software development in the early 90s and spent the last 15 years in operations. That combination still shapes how I work today: always with the reality of day to day operations and changes in mind. I design and build integration solutions and workflow automation. Not from a distance, but alongside engineers and operations teams. I stay involved during implementation to ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and actually used. I move comfortably between technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping translate challenges into workable solutions. I also support organizations in growing their operational maturity, drawing on broad experience with governance and compliance, always from a technical, practical perspective. In recent years, my focus has shifted toward AI-driven workflows, applying them in a way that fits existing processes. What matters to me is that it fits how people actually work and can be relied on.
