Founder, Velluto Health | Co-Founder, Tourism Tribe | Fractional CTO & Chief AI Officer | I build it, test it, then get on stage and show you how.
I have a systems brain. You tell me the goal and I can see the architecture to get there. Not in theory. In actual tools, workflows, and operating systems that fit how your business runs. I turn messy business knowledge into systems that AI can actually run. Most companies have AI tools. What they're missing is the structure underneath: how knowledge is captured, organised, and connected so that AI agents and humans can both work with it. I design that layer and build it. Documentation systems, agent orchestration, routing logic, human-AI workflows. Production systems, not prototypes. Right now I'm building AI across multiple industries simultaneously: - Health-tech. Founded Velluto Health, a regulated clinical preparation engine for Australian GPs. It fills the space no other tool occupies: everything that happens between the booking and the consultation. Patient questionnaires, observer reports, childhood evidence upload with AI extraction, five-signal response validity checking, and a structured clinical summary pack delivered to the GP before the patient arrives. In production with clinicians and real patients. - Tourism. Co-founded Tourism Tribe (1,600+ small businesses across Australia) and Navii ($1.9M in government funding for small business digital readiness). Built Robin AI and Tourism Tribe AI for tourism operators. VP of a regional DMO. Co-own a tourism business. - AI operations. Built a multi-agent orchestration system that runs real business operations daily. 50+ specialised AI agents handling content production, code review, compliance auditing, deployment, client reporting, and podcast production. Automated dispatch from tickets, structured context engineering, human-AI handoff at every step. Not demos. Production workloads, every day. I don't recommend tools I haven't built or run myself. The feedback loop isn't a client call but it's a Monday morning in my own businesses. The gap in AI right now isn't technical talent. It's people who understand how businesses actually operate, who can see where AI fits, structure the information to make it work, and then build it. Vision, architecture, context, execution. The full stack. Started in tech (Bachelor & Masters in Info & Comms Systems, University of Geneva). Moved to Australia. Masters in Tourism (Griffith). Built the ATDW Tourism e-Kit (300,000+ downloads, national awards). Trained thousands of operators. Hundreds of keynotes and workshops. APEC panellist. Board Director, QTIC. Advance Queensland Digital Champion.
