I spent over 30 years in managed print services, starting as a field technician and progressing through service management and solutions support roles across the channel, including work with Konica Minolta resellers and independent MPS providers. Over three decades I lived the operational reality of running service teams — dispatching engineers, handling customer calls, managing SLAs, and dealing with the constant tension between being out on jobs and keeping on top of admin. That hands-on experience is exactly why I moved into AI automation. I understand the problems because I've had them. Missed calls, leads slipping through the cracks, evenings spent on paperwork instead of with family. Now I build voice AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation systems that solve those problems for trades and service businesses.
